Musical Theatre

Musical theatre is a form of theatrical performance that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting and dance. The story and emotional content of a musical are communicated through words, music, movement and technical aspects of the entertainment as an integrated whole.

Musical Theatre - Beginner/Intermediate (Temporarily online only)

Monday | 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

A Beginner/Intermediate Level Class which covers the technical and artistic aspects of a musical theatre performance, including but not limited to acting, dancing, and singing. Students will learn skills in all aspects of musical theatre, and will perform choreographed routines set to the music of famous musicals and musical movies. Alongside this class, training in Praise Team's classical technique and/or hip hop fundamental classes are recommended. Training in Voice is not required, but will be an asset.

Musical Theatre (Advanced)
Missy Reyes

Monday | 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

An Advanced Level Class which covers the technical and artistic aspects of a musical theatre performance, including but not limited to acting, dancing, and singing. Students will learn skills in all aspects of musical theatre, and will perform choreographed routines set to the music of famous musicals and musical movies. Alongside this class, training in Praise Team's classical technique and/or hip hop fundamental classes are highly recommended. Training in Voice is not required, but will be an asset.
Students have to audition to be accepted into this class.

Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Previous Experience Required: 4+ years
Pre-Requisite Training: Not required
Assessment By: Audition

Ages: 13-50
